Carts go out no later than 6 a.m. on collection day — no sooner than the day before — and must be pulled back by midnight that night.

All garbage must be bagged inside the rollout cart; anything left outside the cart is not collected.

Bulky items are picked up only by appointment scheduled through 311, the CLT+ app, or online — unscheduled items left at the curb are skipped.
