TrashDayNow is an independent schedule lookup built and maintained by Bineyam Tsegaye. We are not a city department, sanitation agency, or waste hauler, and we do not control collection routes.
That independence makes the product responsible for being precise about what it knows. If the connected source does not provide an address-specific day, the result says so rather than manufacturing an answer.
